Here is an absolutely beautiful example of a traditional Spanish town house, recently completely renovated to an extremely high standard. This property is ready to move into without having to do absolutely anything at all, apart from maybe positioning your own personal items. It is very rare that we come across such a lovely, and well-presented example such as this house.
The house is a credit to its current owner. From the moment you enter the house, you notice the quality, care and attention to detail that the restoration builder had whilst completing the work. Such as the traditional wooden beamed typical Valencian style ceilings, to the beautiful ornate wrought iron chandeliers and matching wall mounted lamps. The ground floor has been tiled using a lovely rustic look, dark terracotta floor tile.
The large open lounge dining room, has plenty of natural light and flows nicely past a wide ornate staircase with wrought iron banisters, into the large modern fully fitted quality kitchen with lots of cupboards, storage space, solid granite work tops and granite cooking island with incorporated electric hob.
To the rear of the kitchen there is a large utility room incorporating the washing machine, wall mounted thermostatic water heater and large upright fridge freezer and further storage. From the rear of the kitchen and accessed by new double-glazed doors there is a lovely tiled private terrace area with built in stone BBQ for some real Al fresco dining, or maybe just a peaceful knap. Under the main staircase there is some good storage space, currently used as a small bodega, and also access to the downstairs fully tiled large cloakroom with white porcelain WC and wash basin.
The solid Valencian and terracotta tiled staircase lead up onto the first floor open and well-lit landing. To the rear of the property there is a huge master bedroom with loads of built-in wardrobe space, a private balcony, and a large fully tiled modern bathroom, incorporating a large walk in shower, porcelain WC, bidet and washbasin. The first and second floors have both the same matching lighter coloured rustic look porcelain tiles throughout both floors.
Back into the landing and towards the front of the property, you have a further two bedrooms with wooden shuttered windows, and double-glazed Velux skylights giving both bedrooms plenty of natural light. At the end of the landing, and just before you enter into the large fully tiled bathroom there is a good size airing cupboard with matching wooden door, which also incorporates the upstairs electrical hot water heater. The large, light and fully tiled bathroom has a great size comfortable walk-in tiled shower, porcelain bidet, WC, and washbasin.
The continuation of the solid staircase up onto the second-floor well-lit gallery gives access via a new double-glazed door to a fantastic private roof terrace with its own tiled shower and sink. There are glass safety panels fitted allowing views down to the lower terrace and master bedroom balcony. This upper terrace fitted with a stone BBQ or pizza oven would become the perfect spot for a great chillout area, entertaining family, friends and guests on those lovely summer evenings.
I cannot describe this house well enough. It definitely has to be visited to be truly appreciated.
